About Us

Multibuild Homes has grown from humble beginnings, working in the remote communities of the Northern Territory out of the back of a ute, to being Darwin’s ‘Premier’ New Home Builder.

Having started building in 2009 and after establishing a strong relationship with the Northern Territory Government, working in almost every postcode throughout the Territory, Phillip decided in 2013 that the time was right to bring his expertise and quality of workmanship, demanded by the Government, to the residential sector.

After just his first year in residential building Phillip was awarded the coveted Master Builders Association “Young Builder of the Year” Award for 2013, which symbolises the highest standard in housing construction throughout the Top End. Phillip later went on to be named a finalist in the 2013 National Master Builder Awards in Canberra.

Our dedication to building high-quality homes with outstanding attention to detail is emblazoned in every project we complete. Phillip, as a Master Builder, personally inspects each stage of all his projects, ensuring that the finesse is there and that you receive the quality you deserve. 

In 2017, after starting a new family, the Multibuild Homes brand was born, along with our first child. The Multibuild business continued to grow along with its reputation and has expanded to a team of 5 full-time a 2 part-time staff. A highly experienced upper management team with a combined experience not only in construction but also in business a cumulating in almost 100 years of experience combined this experience shines through in our Customer service Professionalism and quality builds with attention to detail.
